With the August 2018 digital release of her first brand new music since the release of Strong (2013 Savannah Music), Michelle Wright once again shows why her expressive voice and her distinctive style has earned her twenty‐five Top Ten radio hits, more than forty major awards (including her 2011 induction into the Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame) and sold millions of records.
This past May, it was announced that Wright would receive the 2018 Impact Award by the Country Music Association of Ontario sponsored by Canadian Music Week. This is a fairly new award, with previous recipients of this prestigious Impact Award being Blue Rodeo and Gordon Lightfoot.

Notes: Concept for the band has existed in one form of the other since the late 80’s. Home studio has made it possible. 80’s metal lives on forever!
The Earth Screams is the debut studio album by Canadian heavy metal band Out of the Void, released on 18 April 2018 on Screaming Earth Studios in Canada.
The band worked with Jake Nicholson to come up with the art showcased throughout the album. Each song has its own unique artwork inside.

Notes: *On Sept 23rd 2012, Brooklyn won YTV’s Next Star Contest which had over three Million voters across Canada. She released her first single and video “The Way I See You”. The song & video for ‘Lemon & Lime was also released. *Her YTV win gave her more than just an edge on the country scene – Brooklyn has enjoyed being able to host multiple “Movie Nights” on YTV, as well as guest starring on the network’s popular series “Life with Boys.” She has hosted YTV’s The Zone, and even interviewed future “The Next Star 6” hopefuls in Toronto.
*2013 – Brooklyn released a four song EP entitled Storyteller. In March 2013, she recorded her second single, “ONE OF THESE DAYS”, at Sony/ ATV studios in Toronto with producer Rob Wells.
*2015: Releases her song ‘Good Day‘.
*2016: Brooklyn also released one song entitled ‘Sweet On Me’. Written by Brooklyn Roebuck and Annette Barkley.

Take a familiar, everyday situation. Spin a few lyrics and chords, sprinkle with a dash of rock, blues, country; maybe some folk or gospel. It was a bit more complicated than that, but essentially, that’s it! My music looks at everyday life through the lens of faith. Whatever life throws at me, faith holds me together, and music is the constant in the background.
Since 2011, I’ve been performing around southern Ontario, solo and with my band. In 2014, we recorded “Where God Is” at Northwood Studios, with producer/engineer Matt Connell at the controls. We have just finished our second album, “That Day”, a 5-song EP. It was a great experience, working at SLR Studios in Windsor, under the guidance of Marty Bak. The final product was mastered by Greg Mindorff of Suite Sound Labs in Vancouver. It will be released on June 16, 2018.

Mark Lenover (b. Sept. 21, 1984) is a Canadian singer/songwriter/visual artist who produces and releases his music independently. Through a distinctive fusion of folk, rock, theatre and electronica, Lenover critically examines pop culture’s ubiquitous influence, its moral philosophy and the potentially devastating effects of drug abuse and mental illness. Lenover’s music has been featured in numerous theatrical productions and movies, most recently in “The Banshee Chapter“, a horror film which was released in 2013. Mark attended McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, where he earned an honours BA in English and Literature. Mark currently lives in Chatham, ON.

Chatham-Kent connection: Both guys live in Toronto, but grew up in Chatham-Kent, and both are Pain Court high school graduates. Joel & Nigel played locally in heavier bands before moving away. Each, amazingly musically talented on their own, are pushing their boundaries by joining together simply to experiment and move further into new ideas.
Notes: “For the 2nd album by Toronto group Biugek, called WRK, the drums-and-keyboards duo go deeper inside their metallic and mathematical vortex. And go to work. They aren’t laying back into the jams here, this is full on running a tight ship experimental polyrthythmic metal – a palate of dry black-and-white shadows mechanically running off course, a puzzling mind within the mind. This is fucking sick and it keeps coming at you in the best way.
